About the Founder

Rosalind  "Coach Roz" Williams Haley is ,first and foremost, a Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. Her life's purpose is to spread the Gospel and lead girls and women to the One Who loves them beyond words; Jesus.

God prepared Coach Roz for this mission by providing  wisdom, knowledge and training. During this process, she obtained the following degrees and certifications:

BS in Human Services Management

MA in Human Services Counseling 

Certified Transformation Life Coach

Certified Christian Life Coach

Professional Relationship Coach

Certified Healing and Deliverance Minister

Other training was obtained by the Holy Spirit because there are some things in life that flesh and blood cannot teach. The road the Lord used to train Coach Roz was not an easy one; it was quite difficult and loaded with mistakes and triumphs. God knew this method would instill integrity, transparency and relatability; attributes much needed in this world of deception IN and out of the church. Those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and Truth. And, let's face it, the truth isn't always sweet but, it's needed to conform into His image.

Rosalind “Coach Roz” Williams Haley is what happens when heaven says, “Let’s send a disruptor,” and earth wasn’t fully prepared.

Part spiritual strategist, part soul surgeon, part “say it how it is” fire-starter, and full of the Holy Spirit, she doesn’t just walk into rooms—she shifts atmospheres. If healing had a voice, it would sound like her: equal parts compassion, conviction, and “sis, we’re not doing that anymore.”

She’s the woman who will pray with you, correct you, hug you, and call you higher—all in the same breath. Not because she’s trying to be intense… but because playing small has never been in her vocabulary. Chains break around her. Lies get uncomfortable around her. And excuses? They don’t survive long in her presence.

Founder of Image Academy, she’s on a mission to help women stop surviving on scraps and start living whole, healed, and anchored in Jesus Christ. Her work isn’t cute—it’s transformative. The kind that makes you confront what you’ve buried, forgive what you’ve been holding, and finally become who God said you were before life tried to rename you.

She’s not here for performance Christianity.

She’s not here for surface-level healing.

She’s not here to babysit broken mindsets.

She’s here for freedom. Real freedom.
